If your car diffuser is starting to fade, don’t worry—we’ve got refills ready! Simply keep your original wooden cap and swap in a fresh bottle of your favorite island-inspired scent.

Each 5ml glass bottle is sealed with a plastic plug for safe shipping and travel, and contains our signature custom fragrance blend.

Before You Refill:

  • Cap Check: Only reuse wooden caps 1–2 times. If your cap feels overly saturated or oily, it’s time for a new one—it won’t diffuse properly and could leak.

  • Find Your Scent: Not sure what fragrance you had? Check the wood charm legend in the item images to match it.

  • Match Your Packaging: Make sure your refill bottle matches the original packaging style of your diffuser (clear plastic box vs. green kraft box). The cap fit is different for each! Let us know which one you need when ordering.

📝 Note: All new full diffuser sets come in our green kraft paper boxes. If you're unsure which you originally purchased, just reach out—we’re happy to help!

Product information

All orders ship via UPS. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose pick up in store, an expedited shipping method or ground. If your order is over $100, it will ship for FREE.

Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except Sunday). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Time Out Clothing  will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We hope that your new purchase is all you expected and more. We do understand that returns might be necessary. Please see the instructions below.

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

- Customers will be issued a refund for merchandise if it is received within the return window, in good and unworn condition.

APPAREL Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For Tops and Dresses, please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

SHOES Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on the carpet. Shoe boxes are an essential part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, without tape or postal labels.

SWIMWEAR Please try on over your underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip. If it is to be returned, it must have original tags, and sanitary protective slip still attached.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Items on Sale are discounted in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
