All orders ship via UPS. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose pick up in store, an expedited shipping method or ground. If your order is over $100, it will ship for FREE.

Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except Sunday). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Time Out Clothing  will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.


If you live near our store, you may also elect to pick up your order at the store. At checkout use "IN-STORE PICKUP" or "PICK UP" in the discount field to void the shipping cost when choosing to pick up in-person.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Time Out Clothing, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and we do not offer international shipping. Free ground shipping for orders over $100 is only valid within the continental U.S.

All items that are shipped within the state of California will be charged state tax in the amount of 9%. If items are sent outside of California, your state's sales tax will be applied. 


We hope that your new purchase is all you expected and more. We do understand that returns might be necessary. Please see the instructions below.

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

- Customers will be issued a store credit for returned merchandise. 

- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

- Merchandise must not be returned worn, altered, or washed.

- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Items on sale, jewelry, and hosiery may not be returned.

Time Out Clothing does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
