All orders ship via UPS. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose pick up in store, an expedited shipping method or ground. If your order is over $100, it will ship for FREE.
Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except Sunday). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Time Out Clothing Ā will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesnāt include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Customers will be issued a refund for merchandise if it is received within the return window, in good and unworn condition.
APPAREL Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For Tops and Dresses, please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
SHOES Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on the carpet. Shoe boxes are an essential part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, without tape or postal labels.
SWIMWEAR Please try on over your underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip. If it is to be returned, it must have original tags, and sanitary protective slip still attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items on Sale are discounted in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
